CLICKTIME ANNOUNCES PDF ANNOTATION FEATURES IN REVIEWMANAGER

Works with Adobe Acrobat Technology to Provide the Most Robust Collaboration Tool Available Today

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - April 15, 2002 - Clicktime.com, a leading application service provider, today announced the release of the PDF Collaboration Module for its ReviewManager extranet solution.

The ReviewManager PDF Collaboration Module brings the power of Adobe Acrobat's collaboration features to any net-connected user. Now anyone can create "sticky notes", draw annotations, and attach digital signatures directly on to PDF files, and those annotations can be visible to people who view the same document. ReviewManager automatically manages the storage and dissemination of the annotations, and auto-configures each browser on the fly.

Now in addition to automatically previewing and thumbnailing all PDF files, ReviewManager manages the entire collaboration process. By storing the annotations in a separate location from the documents themselves, ReviewManager customers can decide who has permission to view or add annotations. Even users without access to Adobe Acrobat can participate by adding comments within the Review Pages themselves.
